The Nemesi Architects project for the TESISQUARE® Campus Master Plan in Cherasco began in 2019, with the design of the TESISQUARE® Headquarters and related services, growing over time with the development of the Digital Innovation Gate 421, the first part of which was completed at the beginning of 2021.

The new TESISQUARE® headquarters, together with the Digital Innovation Gate 421 (for the twenty-first century), constitute the two main axes of the project, conceived as linear modular systems integrated into the Landscape, positioned in a north-south direction; the related integrated services are organized around these two linear “architectures-infrastructures”, such as the large access Hall, the Bar and Canteen area, and the semi-underground Conference Room, which together give shape to a new idea of a collaborative and inclusive community, a true Innovation Village of the twenty-first century.

The project seeks a new model of urbanity in dialogue with the territory, inspired by the social and environmental context in which it is inserted, and based on the idea of Architecture-Landscape, where nature and architecture shape each other, giving life to the 360° sustainability of the Project: at the center of this reasoning are man and the community, on which the entire project is organized.

The Campus lives the idea of the Olivetti Model, in the belief that everything must start from the Community, to leave a legacy to the territory that starting from Architecture involves the design of the Landscape, thought of as a true founding element of urban regeneration.
